IM can be used in two different ways. The first is that it gives a person the ability to concentrate on whatever he/she chooses at any given time and being totally immersed in that activity. The other use case enables people to "click into" a state of calm no matter how frenetic the situation may be.
IM is a quantum leap beyond TM, guided meditation, or empty mind meditation. It is even effective when around those who may bring negative energy to a situation. When one's own energy and focus is strong there is no space for the negative to enter and as well that positive influence can change the environment for everyone.
Anyone can live each moment to its fullest, by letting go of the negative aspects of living and replacing them with a transcendent focus that brings joy, confidence, and well being. Any goal becomes possible whether in personal relationships or business interactions. After so many years of refinement, I can say uncompromisingly that it continues to help people transform their lives, by providing them with individually tailored tools to reach their goals in either business, interpersonal relationships, or as individuals. This is done by enabling them to discover the unique ways their minds perceive the world, and then applying that knowledge every moment in order to find, joy, confidence and purpose. Reaching one's maximum potential is not something mystical, it can be achieved by everyone who has the desire to do so. Science tells us that we use but a small portion of our mind. The mind is not only the brain, but also the heart and our intuition. Only when people use all of these parts of their minds can they transcend the ordinary. Their goal may be as simple as a more immersive experience in nature, or something deeper such as: stress reduction; skills for conflict resolution, past or present; improving communication skills; reaching a personal lofty goal; or attaining ultimate contentment, peace, and joy.
